Would you like to host a bridal shower, baby shower, or birthday party, but are worried about the time investment?  Let us help you host a tea party in our semi-private Dining Room!

We do all the set up:
Table linens
Fresh flowers
China tea cups and plates
Large table set for up to 14 guests
Gift Table
(you may bring in additional decorations such as balloons, table confetti)
We do all the made from scratch food preparation, including:
Scones with Devonshire cream and lemon curd
Tea sandwiches
Sweets
We do the beautiful tiered food presentation:

Optional: 
We can provide party favors:
$5 + tax for each guest package of tea, designed especially for your event (pre-orders required)

All you need to do is choose the tea set menu option, call us to make your reservation, send out invitations requiring an RSVP, confirm your final guest count with us two business days prior to the event, then relax and enjoy yourself during the tea party.  You will be charged for the number of guests given at this time.

Additional Information
   
Final Guest Count
  • The week prior to your scheduled event we must be notified of anyone in your party who has any food restrictions.
  • We will happily accommodate special diets (vegetarian, vegan, nut-free, gluten-free) at no extra charge. We are unable to make additional substitutions during the day or time of your event.
  • Set up and food preparation will be completed for the final guest count and you will be billed for that number of guests, even if guests unfortunately choose not to attend your party at the last moment.  We will happily box up any leftover food for you or your guests to take home in that event.
 
Room Restrictions
  • Our semi-private Dining Room can seat a maximum of 14 guests.
         
          
  • This room is available during our regular business hours of Tuesday through Saturday.  Sundays are available upon request for groups of 15 to 32.
  • Food service will begin within a half hour of the scheduled start time to accommodate late arrivals.  (Please ask that your guests arrive in a timely manner so that your party can be enjoyed in a relaxed manner.  You may feel rushed if there is a party scheduled after yours.)
  • If your guest list is greater than 14 guests (but no more than 32), we may be able to accommodate your party on a Sunday, giving you exclusive use of our entire tea room.  However, your menu option is limited to the Hawthorn Luncheon Tea.  Your deposit is refundable if your event is cancelled within two weeks of the scheduled date, but will not be applied toward the final bill if your party is less than 15 guests.  See also information under “Final Guest Count.”
